The attorney who leads the Law Office of Chang & Associates is Dr. Byung Youn Chang, attorney at law who is admitted to N.Y. and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Dr. Chang is a member of the N.Y. bar, the N.Y. State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is a mediator at the Community Justice & Mediation Center, IN, U.S.A. since Oct 1, 2010 and was a visiting scholar of Indiana University School of Law in 2010-2011. He was an arbitrator in Korea until May 2006 for corporation’s disputes since June, 2000.
